Our Terms of Service are necessary to ensure we maintain a high quality of service. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

This agreement is subject to English law.

We have used the terms we, us, our, etc to mean Happyserver Ltd, and you, your, etc to mean the customer to whom we are providing goods and/or services. We are Happyserver Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales number 7202026.

We have tried to make the terms in this agreement general and easy to understand. The terms should be read as a statement of what we intend and read to the full extent that the law permits. If a term is not valid in some context, it should be read to the full extent that it is valid, or possibly only applying to a narrower context which allows it to be valid.

We reserve the right to refuse or withhold a service and/or access to its services to a beneficiary (paying customer) or a third party. We deem any content of an unlawful nature to be a direct breach of their terms of service, such content may include but not exclude; Adult material, malicious files i.e. files with the intention to infiltrate remote/local computer systems.

Support

We will aim to provide you with a continuous high quality service. If you experience a problem with your service, you should contact us via telephone or email.

Maintenance and scheduled downtime

We will make all customers or third parties aware in advanced of any extended maintenance windows or scheduled downtime 3 days in advance. Maintenance windows and scheduled downtime are kept to the minimum possible to enable a secure system.

Payment policies

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. We reserve the right to amend prices of accounts or services at any time. All pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due every 365 days following the initial date of contract or when the service is established. You will be sent a reminder to renew their service(s) near the end of their prepay period. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a service when an account shows arrears up to or beyond one payment.

You are responsible for all monies owed on the account from the time it was established. All invoices are sent directly to the customer via email.

Cancellation and refunds

We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time. In such event the customer will be entitled to a pro-rata credit based upon the remaining period of subscription/contractual period. You will not receive any extra monies or compensation for cancellation of services.

If you contravene our terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. You may cancel your account at any time with at least 30 days notice.
